As an online-only store, Vexomo ships products directly to customers and does not offer in-person pickup or physical store visits.

We currently ship orders within the United States.

All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners and delivered to customers across the United States using trusted carriers.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the following business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value required.

If additional shipping options become available in the future, any applicable costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

The final delivery carrier may vary depending on the destination and the logistics partner handling the shipment. All shipments include tracked delivery so customers can follow their order from dispatch to delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through the Track Order page on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available in the courier’s system.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. These may include carrier delays, carrier processing, logistics handling, weather conditions, logistical disruptions or high seasonal shipping volumes.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

Vexomo is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the order before it is dispatched.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, customers may choose between a replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method.

To report a missing package, please contact our support team and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
